We are down from all the crowded hubbub of 61st St and the noisy, crowded public beaches. The “beach accesses” are so much nicer, less crowded and you can drive your car right onto the beach with all your beach "stuff" which makes it so convenient. We are 3 1/2 miles from Moody Gardens. There are bunk beds in hall area with full size twin pillow top mattresses, comfortable for the little ones and adults too! Full size appliances in fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs! Remodeled baths. Two futons in living room that open to full beds. Collection of DVD's for the whole family. Two pools (best on island) open until 11PM with underwater lighting, large bubbling hot tub large enough for the entire family, lush grounds with walking path and rock water fall. Fully equiped exersize/weight room beside front office. Wi-Fi internet in office. 2 elevators iin complex and under-building parking. You will love the atmosphere the first time you walk around Maravilla. Everyone is so friendly. All the condos are privately owned, most people live there and only some owners rent out to guests. I think that is why it is so quiet and everyone is so friedly. Maravilla is very family oriented, quieter than the condos up by the public beaches. Our end of Seawall is so much better. Once you experience the Maravilla, you will be back again and again. I have many "return" guests that come every year. Try us out and you will be one of them too!
