Deposits: Some units require a damage deposit.
Payment Policies: 1/2 of the total rental charge (incl. all charges & taxes) is required to confirm your reservation. We take Credit Cards, Cashiers Check, Money Orders, Cash, or Checks (only if mailed 2 weeks before arrival). The remainder is due at check-in.
Cancellations: If cancelling 30 days or more prior to arrival there is a $50 charge, less than 30 days it is the full amount of the deposit.
Arrival/Departure: Check-in is 3:00pm - 5:30pm, and Check-out is no later than 10:00am
Tax: Texas State & Galveston City Hotel taxes apply
